Note:  The data will be saved into 'SDCard/BlackBerry/documents' folder on the BlackBerry.

Backup & Email

This option enables you to backup the data to removable storage card and send a copy as email attachment to the predefined email address. To manually backup and email, select data to backup, enter email address and select “Backup and Email?option.

Scheduling

Select data to backup, enter the email address, select preferred schedule and start time. When preferences are saved, the scheduler will start to automatically backup and email according to the schedule (as long as the phone is switched on).

Backup Scheduling is terminated when manual backup is being done. Hence, user have to save preference again after a manual backup is being done.
